Rental Office Hours: Our reservation office operating hours in season are Monday – Wednesday: 8:00AM-5PM. Thursday – Saturday: 8:00AM – 6:00PM & Sunday 9:00AM-5:00PM EST. Off season hours 9 AM-4 PM EST. Please call during these hours for any information.

 

Items Provided: Bed linens, dishtowels, and STARTER supplies of: bath soap, toilet tissue, coffee filters, dishwasher and dishwashing detergent. Starter supplies are limited and not intended for full length of visit.

 

Items to Bring: TOWELS (bath and beach, washcloths, additional dishtowels, paper items (towels, facial tissues, etc.), laundry detergent, garbage bags (tall kitchen & 33 gallon) foil/plastic wrap, charcoal, and additional STARTER supply items. All rubbish must be in plastic bags.

 

Check In – 4 PM Check out - 10 AM:

 

Maximum number of guests: Your confirmation lists the maximum number of guests your reserved unit is designed to accommodate – this number includes children.

 

Pets: “NO PET” policy. Should pets be found inside or outside units, you will be asked to leave the unit without refund.

 

* Refuse Pickup: Daily pick up of trash can be arranged by calling the office before 1 PM. Refuse must be bagged & tied properly. Bags will not be accepted over 20#. Trash must be taken to designated area upon departure.

 

Telephones: The telephone provided in each unit is the private property of the individual owner. No calls may be charged to the unit.

 

Fax & Copy Services: We have limited fax service available for a fee – services provided on staff availability.

 

Email & Computer Services: Homes have internet services for local numbers. Our office does not provide any computers for internet or personal use.

Mechanical Problems: We will try to respond quickly to any problems your unit might develop during your stay. We want your visit to be fantastic so please do not wait until day of departure to report problems.

 

Groceries/Fuel: We are 30 minutes from major grocery stores and fuel centers. LaFollette and Jacksboro have several large grocery stores. You will pass these as you drive into LaFollette from Exit 134. If you choose to take the Jellico Exit #160, you will not pass any stores and will need to drive through LaFollette to Jacksboro.

 

Alcohol: Liquor is not available for sale in Campbell County. Beer and wine coolers may be purchased in LaFollette, small grocery stores and at many boat docks on the lake.

Limited Docking: The following units have a one-boat limit – (this includes jet skis, etc.) A-Lure, Blue Heron, Buckeye, Donna, Lasik, Trio, existing and future homes at the Deerwood Villas & the Deer Hill Villas.

 

*Trailer Parking: Trailers must be parked in the designated trailer parking area and display a trailer permit obtained from the Deerfield office. The “Trailer Parking” area is not owned by the Deerfield Resort. The Trailer Parking area permits boats and trailers only – no cars, trucks, RV's, etc. Permits must be displayed or trailer will be towed to LaFollette at owner’s expense. Each Deerfield Resort Rental unit is entitled to one free trailers pass in the designated trailer area when staying in one of our rental units. Any additional permits are $5.00 for duration of visit. No trailer parking permitted at ANY Condos, Deerwood Villas or the Deer Hill Villas. All other guests or residents at Deerfield MUST obtain a permit from the Deerfield Rental Office before storing trailer in lot!!

 

Boat rentals: The following marinas close to Deerfield offer fuel and other services such as pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rental: Shanghai Resort 423-562-7651 or Springs Dock 423-562-2405

FISHING LICENSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT MOST MARINAS – CAN BE PURCHASED AT WALMART.

 

* Restaurants: The Restaurant at Deerfield offers fine dining and breathtaking views of Norris Lake. The menu offers a variety of items including pasta dishes, chicken, seafood and steaks. The Restaurant is normally open Tuesday-Sunday Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend; Thur-Fri-Sat in April, May, September, and October; and Fri-Sat in November. Hours of usual operation are: 5PM-10PM by reservation only. (423) 566-0891

* The Green’s Grill located inside the clubhouse at The Greens at Deerfield offers breakfast and lunch. Open 7 days Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend. Open Fri., Sat. & Sun. in April, May, Sept, & Oct. 423-566-0040.

 

* Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel. Soft spikes and proper golf attire are required. Greens/Cart Fees*: Mon-Thur $35.00 Fri-Sun & Holidays $45.00.

Deerfield’s Recreational Amenities

Swimming Pools: Open Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend. 10AM-9PM Daily. If pool is closed due to bad weather or maintenance problems – it will not be reopened until following day. No trespassing if gate is locked or after hours. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12 of age.

 

Tennis Courts: Daylight-Dark. It is not necessary to reserve court time. Furnish your own rackets & tennis balls.

 

Sand Volleyball: Daylight-Dark. Furnish your own volleyball.

 

Children’s Playground: Open all year – Adult supervision required for youngsters less than 12 years of age.
