Our Staff

Our goal is to maintain a greater share of our guests' business as well as attracting new visitors to our beautiful resort. We know our guests -- we try to anticipate their needs, and react immediately if concerns surface. Our staff is known not only for their professionalism, but also for the speed with which they respond to our guests. Cultivated over 30 years, our resort relationships are at the highest levels, giving us the "clout" to get answers quickly. This, coupled with our "one to one" guest approach, gives us the opportunity to quickly present many options to each customer, rather than having to sell one or two rentals to as many customers as possible. Our personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to make your getaway a memorial vacation.  Deerfield Resort Rentals is owned and operated by Georgia Sergent.  She moved to the resort in 1993 and began working in Deerfield with the Fields family. In 1999, at the request of the Fields family and Fields Development, Georgia began Deerfield Resort Rentals. Her company is the only rental agency endorsed and recognized by the Fields Development. She has a close working relationship with all aspects of the resort including Fields Real Estate, The Greens at Deerfield as well as the restaurants and storage facilities at Deerfield.

 Georgia

Georgia can always be counted on to give great advise about restaurants, sites to visit and great back road adventures for sports car enthusiasts. She loves nature, music, four-wheeling, fishing, exploring and dancing. She has an adventuresome nature and is always ready for the next escapade. She can often be found in "her woods". She is a facilitator, member and Vice President of the "Beginning Experience" Cincinnati Branch - for widowed, separated & divorced. She lives in the resort so if she is not in the office - she is only a phone call away. Georgia will be the first to tell you any success she has had in life is owed to having a wonderful team.

 

 

 

Lesa

Lesa is our specialist at office management. She has been part of our team since 2003. She manages our office, handles reservations, and supervises our front office. Lesa has a welcoming smile for everyone and has a great knowledge about our Campbell County heritage. Lesa is the “spiritual” leader in our office and can always be relied on for great advice and insight. We can depend on Lesa to keep us grounded. After work, she can be found scouring antique shops, riding on a Harley, or on her John Deere.

 

 

 

Rhonda

Rhonda started working in our Deerfield office in 2006. She is our Housekeeping/Scheduling Supervisor. She wears many hats in our office so you can find her in our office helping out with reservations or out with our cleaning staff. She works hard to ensure that all of our owners and guests have a trouble free stay while at Deerfield.  Rhonda has a very cheerful – get it done attitude and is a great addition to our team. She is definitely a VOLS fan – and is proud of the Big Orange. She is a dedicated mom with three wonderful daughters. She has a warm heart and a giving nature. She volunteers for the reading program at school. Her hobbies include fishing, football, four-wheeling and boating.

 

 

The Deerfield Resort Rental team is a fun, friendly team.  When they aren't covering the office, they all love driving on Tennessee's curvy roads in their sport cars or four wheeling in the mountains in their trucks. They will be glad to share their back road shortcuts with you!

 

Nita

Nita began working in the housekeeping department in 2004. She quickly showed us that she was just the person to supervise cleaning staff as well as ensure that your home is perfect upon checkin. She walks through every unit after cleaning as well as off season inspector.  She is a devoted grandmother, avid reader as well Mz Fix It Person. She can always be counted on to know what the big words mean and how to spell them! 

 

 

Chloe

 You aren’t seeing things when you walk into our office and our resident princess is there to help you. Chloe is Georgia’s grand-daughter but is equally shared with all at the office. She keeps her desk and “office” next to the lobby so she can help you solve any of your problems while at Deerfield. Her hobbies include Wiii Bowling, dancing, and making all of us jump. Watch out for her though, she will steal your heart!

We have numerous housekeepers and maintenance personnel working throughout the rental season. Every person at Deerfield Resort Rentals is committed to perfection.
